  1. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION 

The terms and conditions of this Policy shall be governed by Indian Laws and the courts in Pune shall only have exclusive jurisdiction to resolve any disputes.

UNCONDITIONAL CONSENT OR AGREEMENTS TO DESTEK AS PROVIDED UNDER SECTION 43A AND SECTION 72A OF THE INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY ACT, 2000.
